Elephants and the Law - Not so much left but certainly takes a progressive stance on legal issues. Intermittent posts.
Policy Progess Blog - Very detailed and well thought out blog posts. Infrequent postings.
Maui Street - A left wing and quite insightful Maori focused blog. Multiple posts per week.
Just Left - A blog written by Jordan Carter a long time blogger and now quite high Labour list candidate. Began posting again in April, frequency not yet known.

Roarprawn - I don't know why I read this but it is amusing sometimes. Several posts a day.
